  • Graduate Pass — 12‑Month Stay‑Back Option: Malaysia now offers a Graduate Pass (Social Visit Pass) to international students who complete a bachelor’s degree or higher at a Malaysian university. This pass allows you to stay up to 12 months after graduation to work, look for work, or do internships.
  • Full‑time Employment via Work Visa: Employment Pass (EP):Once you secure a job offer, your employer can apply for an Employment Pass on your behalf. This is the standard work visa for foreign professionals in Malaysia. The EP allows foreigners to work in skilled / professional roles (engineering, IT, business, etc.).
  • Other Visa/Permit Options:
    • Professional Visit Pass (PVP): For short‑term professional assignments, internships or training — typically up to 12 months.
